As some might know, I have been pretty quiet creatively. Family issues have taken a lot of my time - and a lot of my energy. I won't bore you with the details, but it has been difficult. So, I am attempting to jump start my creativity once again - perusing magazines, books, Pinterest!
Since Halloween will be approaching, and I have always loved Halloween, I thought I might do a project to get me back in the groove again. I haven't gotten very far, but it IS a start:
This is actually an old Club Scrap chipboard project that I thought I might turn into a Halloween vignette. The base is brown. with touches of black. I will probably do a bit more aging before adding paper, ephemera etc. I am starting to feel it...
Do you create under stress? Is it therapeutic to pour yourself into a project or do you become stagnant?

I definitely find it therapeutic. I love a great project!
Can't wait to see how yours turns out. :)
Which kit is this one from?
Thanks, Julie . Hmm I think it was from Apothecary...
that will be a great base for a Halloween project! It will look great when it's done.
sometimes creating when you're stressed just ain't gonna happen, other times I force myself to start something and then I get wrapped up in it and forget my worries for a little while!
HOpe you're feeling better (and crafty) soon. That seems like a great project.
Rinda
