I have to say that I was not a die cut person. For years, I just always steered clear because of the "cuteness" factor. I have been converted! I love the current crop of dies. I used the row of houses by Tim Holtz/Sizzix with Club Scrap's Welcome collection.

Cute card, as soon as I saw the In the Neighborhood, I immediately thought of the TH border die and how it would go so well with the
CS paper collection. Now , I really NEDD to get that die. LOLElizabeth
